Weights on Wednesday

Train:

Weights – Dumbbell row 1 x 7 / 20lbs. Military press 1 x 7 / 40lbs

Cardio – 45min elliptical 2.54miles. 20min treadmill 1.04miles

Eat:

Breakfast - Scrambled eggs

Snack – snap peas

Supper – Ribs, cornbread, coleslaw and veggies

Snack - ginger ale and a cinnamon raisin muffin

I waited too long after my workout to eat, and after barely eating all freakin day. I felt sooo sick, I was shaking, lightheaded, extrememly nauseous. Oh when will I learn. So that is why this post is going up Thursday, instead of Wednesday as planned.
