Workin’ on my fitness

Long time no post.. how have you all been!?

Life has been pretty busy for me lately.

I just started going to the gym with my friend, its such a nice change to have someone to work out with.

Here’s the past two days:

Monday:

Train: 2.05 miles walk/run treadmill 30 min

Eat:

Breakfast – Bacon and egg muffins

Lunch – Leftover steak and black beans

Post-workout – snap peas and a cinnamon raisin english muffin

Supper – Turkey sausage and green beans

Snack – cinnamon raison english muffin (I usually don’t snack in the evenings now, so I kind of regret having this)
Water – 2L
And Repeat

Tuesday:

Train: 4.01 miles elliptical 45min

Eat:

Breakfast – Bacon and egg muffins (and comics)

Lunch – Leftover turkey sausage and green beans

Supper – at Montana’s – chicken quesadilla, cornbread and beans

Water – 2.5L

It felt so good to be back at the gym, I never regret a workout!
