Wednesday

Train:

So my workout partner and I couldn’t meet at the same time for our Wednesday workout, she had to go earlier and i had to go later. So I did my workout solo.

Weights –  Dumbbell Row 1×7 / 25lbs. Military Press 1×7 / 40lbs

Cardio – Elliptical 30min 2.94miles. Treadmill walk 60min 2.85miles

I worked out in the room without windows, so I didn’t realize that I missed a little storm. When I went outside after, I seen these clouds. They are my favourite.

Eat:

Breakfast – bacon and egg cups

Lunch – peas

Snack – two big sour soother candies

Post-workout Snack – granola bar

Supper – Rice and creamy coconut and pineapple chicken

Water – 2L

I didn’t wait too long after my long workout to eat, so no nausea this week folks!

Thursday

Train: Treadmill with my friend – walk/run 40min 2.84miles

Eat:

I forgot that I didn’t have any eggs made up for breakfast today, so I was sad.

Breakfast – peas

Lunch – scrambled eggs with green onion, and ketchup (made at home)

Snack – granola bar

Supper – leftover chicken and rice, and three pieces bacon

Water – 2.5L

I’m so glad tomorrow is Friday! It’s been a long week, and I cannot wait to sleep in and rest my legs a little.

Monday

Train: Elliptical with my gym buddy 45min 2.54miles

Eat:

Breakfast/Lunch – leftover bbq chicken and peas

Snack – cinnamon raisin english muffin

Supper – Steak with black beans and peas

Water – 2L

And Repeat

Tuesday

Train: Treadmill walk/run 5K 45min

Eat:

Breakfast – bacon and egg cups

Lunch – peas

Post-workout – Booster juice smoothie

Supper – Booster juice greek wrap

Snack – large sour soother candy

Water – 2L

And I think it is early to bed for me! I am wiped out. Tomorrow is weights and cardio with my gym buddy, can’t wait!

3. What is your favourite season? Definitely Fall, I love all the beautiful colours

4. What is your favorite way to exercise? I enjoy biking and started to really enjoy running

5. Do you still have your tonsils? Yep

6. What race is at the very top of your bucket list? Definitely Disney! It would be so much fun

7. What is one thing that scares the living daylights out of you? Clowns and heights

8. What is your favourite indulgent food that you would eat everyday if nutritional facts didn’t matter? French fries for sure

9. What do you take with you when you run? Outside, I love to have my garmin, HRM and iPod

10. Tap water or filtered water? I can NOT stand to drink tap water, I can’t handle it.. the taste, everything, ICK.

11. What is your favourite shoe style? I love vibrams, they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn (probably why I have 3 pairs already)
