Wednesday
Train:
So my workout partner and I couldn’t meet at the same time for our Wednesday workout, she had to go earlier and i had to go later. So I did my workout solo.
Weights – Dumbbell Row 1×7 / 25lbs. Military Press 1×7 / 40lbs
Cardio – Elliptical 30min 2.94miles. Treadmill walk 60min 2.85miles
I worked out in the room without windows, so I didn’t realize that I missed a little storm. When I went outside after, I seen these clouds. They are my favourite.
Eat:
Breakfast – bacon and egg cups
Lunch – peas
Snack – two big sour soother candies
Post-workout Snack – granola bar
Supper – Rice and creamy coconut and pineapple chicken
Water – 2L
I didn’t wait too long after my long workout to eat, so no nausea this week folks!
Thursday
Train: Treadmill with my friend – walk/run 40min 2.84miles
Eat:
I forgot that I didn’t have any eggs made up for breakfast today, so I was sad.
Breakfast – peas
Lunch – scrambled eggs with green onion, and ketchup (made at home)
Snack – granola bar
Supper – leftover chicken and rice, and three pieces bacon
Water – 2.5L
I’m so glad tomorrow is Friday! It’s been a long week, and I cannot wait to sleep in and rest my legs a little.
